Privacy Notice
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you give this website. In British Columbia, the Personal Information Protection Act sets the rules a business follows when it handles personal information.
Who is responsible
This website markets Serenity, a development by PashCon Developments, 474 Main Street, Penticton, BC V2A 5C5. Questions about your information go to info@serenitykelowna.ca.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in the pricing and guide form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the home size and timeline you choose, how you heard about Serenity, any note you write, which guide or floor plan you asked about, and whether you agreed to receive updates.
We use it to send the guide you asked for, to answer your question about pricing and availability, and to follow up about a presentation. We send ongoing updates about Serenity only if you tick the consent box, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who handles it for us
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, and the site is hosted by Vercel. When the sales team's customer relationship management system is connected, submissions will also be stored there, and this notice will name it. These services may store information outside Canada.
The neighbourhood map loads Google Maps when you scroll to it, and Google receives your browser's request when it does.
The site does not currently run analytics or advertising tags. If that changes, this notice will say so.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Seeing, correcting or withdrawing
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to updates at any time by emailing info@serenitykelowna.ca. Withdrawing consent does not affect a request you have already made.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
